Turnaround time varies depending on the complexity of the job and current schedule. 3 weeks is an average turnaround.
Can I get a "ball park" price?
Any prices given verbally will be considered an estimate, ONLY Written Quotes from 2WC will be honored.
What is your payment policy?
50% deposit is due at the time of scheduling. The balance of 50% is due upon delivery or pickup. Any items left over 90 days with an unpaid balance will become the property of 2WC unless previous written arrangements have been made. Methods of payment are check, money order or cashiers check.
What about carbon?
Carbon can also be painted but requires extra time and carries an extra charge. Carbon must be prepped by hand and cannot be media blasted. Any painted carbon frame cannot be restored to an original carbon finish.
Can you paint titanium?
YES, titanium can be painted just like any other metal.
What kind of paint do you use?
House of Color is our paint of choice. For exact matches Dupont Chroma base is used.
How do I go about choosing a color?
Color combinations are infinite. Match a color from a photo, magazine or color swatch. For the best color match a color code is required.
Can you paint my bike like this?
Like my Mom always said, "Limit's exist only in your mind". If you have an idea for your bike, I can paint it. Bare in mind that some designs may not fit certain tubes. This is where the one on one design process comes into play.
What about decals?
I can make any custom decal you may have in mind. I also have an extensive library of factory lettering as well.
How much is this going to cost?
Prices vary according to the amount of detail and work envolved. Please call us and I will give you an estimate. Once a design is approved I will email you with a quote.

How do I prepare my bike before shipping?
All components must be removed before shipping. Most bike shops should strip your frame for a reasonable price.
How do I ship my frame?
Your LBS should have a box to fit your frame. Cushion the bottom of the box. Secure the drop outs. Make sure all joints are wrapped with newspaper or bubble wrap. The frame and fork should fit snug in the box and not move.
